It’s Dawn...
It’s where the day starts (for some) and ends (for some). (For us, Beerrunner has just closed its doors and has gone for a well-earned kip.)
How about you? Where are you at Dawn?
Are you just waking up or just going to bed?
Either way, Dawn is a perfect time of day to address and restore your balance.
And here in Balance we’d like to make a few suggestions.
Our list below is short, but effective.
Do all or just choose one or two of the recommended actions.
They are listed from most difficult to easiest.
At Dawn, Beerrunner recommends you:
1. Do Yoga
2. Do Deep Breathing + Visualisation
3. Take a shot of Aloe Vera juice
In our opinion, a shot of Aloe Vera juice first thing upon waking and last thing before sleeping is one of the best and simplest ways to approach ‘the BALANCE thing’.
If you are a Beerrunner regular and just getting to bed, you may be way too knackered to do the suggested deep breathing, yoga or other relaxation techniques to strike the BALANCE, but that shot of Aloe Vera juice just before you pass out will serve you well when you resurface….. Consider it. It’s tried and tested.
Also, by the way, a shot or two or Aloe Vera juice before you consume any alcohol will help prevent hangovers…
